Valentines Day Card

Hey everyone! I know that this card has been around for a few years now, but I saw this version here, and had to make one. This went to my hubby for Valentines, and he thought it was very funny. His initials are on the heart tattoo! I got the pattern from here and it's so easy. The card base is made out of a 8 1/2 x 11 sheet of blush blossom cs scored at 5 1/2 and folded in half. I cut out the pattern and stuck it with removable adhesive and cut it out. The DSP is Timeless Portrait. I used the pleated satin ribbon in riding hood red for the trim, straps and flower. The tattoo is punched with the small heart punch and riding hood red cs and I used my black Stampin' Write journaling marker to embellish it. I used some sticky strip on a 1/2 circle of cs and made the flower and finished it with some basic rhinestones. My bra straps are a little crooked but that's just like real life! Too bad my booty doesn't look as good, lol!! I think it would be great to make a bathing suit one for a summer card. Thanks for looking!!

Roundup and Score!

Hey everybody! I totally spaced out and never posted a pic of my second project for Ustamp with Dawn and Friends Score event. I made this nifty little coupon holder using some of the new products from the Occasions mini catalog. I need to make a few more of these for gifts in some other colors/fabric. Also, Ustamp's Big Shot Roundup started today and with a bang!! There are a bunch of Valentine's projects to start so if you are looking for some inspiration, it is the place to be! Go here for more info on either event or click the blinkie on the sidebar. Hope to see you there!!

Salebration Preview
Hey everyone, I made this card with some old stuff and some new stuff. The flowers are made with the blossom party die and embossed with the snowburst embossing folder. I used the edgelit die for the bottom of the card and the sentiment from the apothecary art stamp set. Both of those are in the occasions mini catalog. The Dsp, the brad, and the stamp on the background paper is from the salebration catalog. This paper is so pretty and the stamp set is very cute. It's called fresh vintage. There is also a brad pack and button and ribbon pack that you can get as a freebie.
